Wash the mangoes in the cold water to remove the dirt and dust.
Then keep these mangoes into cold water for few hours. Now take them out from the water and peel them off and cut 1 or half inch thick slices and remove the seed.
Now add water into a vessel to soak the sliced mangoes, spin lemon juice into it.
Let the mangoes soaked into this vessel for 2 or 3 hours. Add simple water into the other vessel and boil the mango slices into it. Boil for at least 10 minutes.
Do not tender the mangoes too much.
Take the mangoes out and remove their water.
Add 1 and half kg sugar and 750 ml water into a boiler and leave to cook.
Check the formation of syrup after the cooking of 5 or 7 minutes. If it gives viscosity by touching with finger then take it out and add rose water in it, leave it to cool after adding fragrant water (roh kewra).
On the complete cooling fill it into any bottle or jar.
This confection will not spoil for 6 months.
Do not use wet spoon or do not handle it with wet hands while eating.
